Client Support Service
Through our many years of involvement in a wide range of legal matters, we recognise that our clients often have a need for assistance and support in addition to representation. Turner Freeman’s extensive community and professional networks place us in a unique position to facilitate that support.
To this end we have appointed experienced solicitor Tilly Ryan to co-ordinate our client support services.
Tilly is responsible for planning and managing Turner Freeman support services which are available to all of our clients - past and present. The needs of each individual client are unique and can range from simple reassurance to assistance with medical, rehabilitation and home care services. We aim to facilitate communication and information between Turner Freeman clients and relevant organisations and community groups, as well as provide guidance to accessing specialist services and programmes.
A very successful aspect of this service has been our recent Turner Freeman Seminar Series at which many of our clients have had the opportunity to share their stories about the challenges they face. We are also committed to providing client social gatherings offering information, guidance and support in various locations across Brisbane. This will also provide Turner Freeman clients with an opportunity to meet with Tilly and discuss any concerns or queries they may have.
All of our current and former clients are welcome to utilise this free service and attend our seminars and other events.
