No Win - No Fee

Turner Freeman recognizes that the cost of litigation is beyond the means of most people. For this reason in appropriate cases we offer to charge on a “no win no fee” basis. This means that you will not have to pay us anything unless and until your matter is successful, and that you will not be “out of pocket” for the fees and expenses we charge in your matter.

Our charges will at all times be subject to our obligation to ensure that you receive the majority of the proceeds of your matter by imposing restrictions on costs that are well in excess of legal requirements. These restrictions are incorporated into the written cost agreements entered into with our clients before a matter is commenced.
