Our Costs and Charges
At Turner Freeman Queensland we offer:
- An obligation free initial meeting to assess your situation and advise you about your legal rights and options;
- "No win – no fee" terms which means we are not paid until you are successful in recovering compensation;
- A written costs agreement entered into at the start of your case;
- Our costs agreement will specify a lump sum for our fees at the start of your case so you have certainty from the outset about what you are being charged.
In common law claims it is possible that a substantial contribution will be recovered towards your costs in addition to any compensation received.
